1. Sentens's Intellectual Property

All content, technology, software, algorithms, data architectures, user interfaces, branding, logos, and trademarks provided by Sentens (the "Platform IP") are the exclusive, proprietary property of Sentens or its respective licensors. These assets are protected by international copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Your access to the platform does not grant you any ownership rights or title to the Platform IP. You are expressly prohibited from scraping, copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or proprietary algorithmic structures of our trading engines.

2. Client-Provided Algorithms and Data

Any trading algorithms, scripts, or custom strategies that you write, upload, or deploy via our API remain entirely your intellectual property. Sentens claims no ownership over your proprietary trading logic. However, to execute your trades, you grant us a necessary, secure, and limited license to process, store, and execute your code solely within the confines of your account architecture.
