1. Acceptance of Terms
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Sentens. By accessing the polartensor.com website, using our API, downloading our software, or accessing any of our algorithmic trading dashboards (collectively, the "Platform"), you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
2. Limited License and Access Rights
Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Sentens grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose—algorithmic trading of digital assets.
This license explicitly excludes:
- Any resale, sublicensing, or commercialization of the Platform's software or data.
- Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform.
- Using any automated data collection methods (scraping, data mining) to extract proprietary market data, order book depth, or algorithmic logic from our systems.
- Using the Platform to develop a competing product or service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to the Sentens name, logos, algorithmic engines, software code, user interface designs, and proprietary market analytics, are the exclusive property of Sentens or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your algorithms and trading strategies remain your intellectual property. However, you grant us a limited license to execute, store, and process your algorithms solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Sentens explicitly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the profitability of any trading algorithm deployed on our infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sentens, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) unexpected market volatility or liquidity events causing execution slippage; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or algorithms.
