1. Global Regulatory Posture
Sentens operates an institutional-grade infrastructure with a proactive, compliance-first approach. We structure our global operations through various regional entities to ensure adherence to local regulatory frameworks, primarily distinguishing between our US and European operations.
We believe that clear regulatory frameworks are essential for the maturation of the digital asset space, and we actively engage with regulatory bodies, industry consortiums, and policymakers to promote transparent and secure market structures.
2. European Operations (FIERES LIMITED SP ZOO)
Our European operations are conducted through FIERES LIMITED SP ZOO, a registered entity under the laws of Poland. We currently operate under the applicable local registrations for virtual asset service providers, maintaining strict compliance with the EU's Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD5/AMLD6).
This entity acts as the primary service provider for clients residing within the European Economic Area (EEA), ensuring that European data protection standards (GDPR) and regional consumer protection laws are fully respected.
3. US Operations and FinCEN Registration
For US clients, services are provided by Sentens US LLC. We operate strictly within the parameters of federal guidance. Where required by the scope of our specific services, we maintain registration with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business (MSB) and comply with all applicable state-level licensing requirements. Note that MSB registration does not imply endorsement by the US government or guarantee the safety of customer funds.
